Informacja o przetwarzaniu danych osobowych


Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z dnia 04.05.2016 r.) Muzeum Azji i Pacyfiku w Warszawie informuje, że:

  1. Administratorem Pana/Pani danych osobowych jest Muzeum Azji i Pacyfiku w Warszawie; ul. Solec 24, 00-403 Warszawa.
  2. W sprawach związanych z Pani/Pana danymi proszę kontaktować się z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych, e-mail: iod@muzeumazji.pl
  3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu realizacji statutowych zadań Muzeum Azji Pacyfiku w Warszawie na podstawie przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego i prawa miejscowego, zgodnie z art.6 ust.1 lit.c i e oraz art. 9 ust.2 lit.g Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.
  4. Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą wyłącznie podmioty uprawnione do uzyskania danych osobowych na podstawie przepisów prawa.
  5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą w czasie określonym przepisami prawa.
  6. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec dalszego przetwarzania, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych do jej wycofania, skorzystanie z prawa cofnięcia zgody nie ma wpływu na przetwarzanie, które miało miejsce do momentu wycofania zgody.
  7. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo do przenoszenia swoich danych osobowych do wskazanych podmiotów.
  8. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

The manuscript is discontinuous, in three blocks. 1. Three cards: one card originally numbered 71 contains sarga 9 of the Kishkindha-kandha, i.e. of the fourth book, on the verso page there is the end both of the sarga and of the Kishkindha-kandha, and begins the first sarga of the Sundara-kandha, i.e. the fifth, "beautiful" book. Another card, numbered 7(2) contains the continuation of the first sarga up to the verse 48. And the third card, not numbered, contains the continuation of the text, on the recto page there is the end of the 1st adhyaya of the Sundara-kanda. 2. One card, not numbered (or maybe numbered 110 and only 0 remained?), the Yuddha-kanda (the sixth, "battle" book) begins with verse 62 and on the other page there begins verse 85 of sarga 14 and goes up to the last verse, 100 of the sarga. 3. 18 cards, numbered: card 113 begins with verse 65 of the sarga 15 of the Yuddha-kanda, the sarga ends at the bottom of the page, and begins the sarga 16; card 114 begins with verse 18 of sarga 16; card 115 begins with verse 48 of sarga 16 and there ends the Yuddha-kanda and begins the Uttara-kanda, i.e. the seventh, „final” book. card 116 begins with verse 28 of sarga 1; card 117 begins with verse 61 of sarga 1 and on the page ends sarga 1; card 118 begins with verse 28 of sarga 2; card 119 begins with verse 63 of sarga 2, and on the bottom of the page ends sarga 2; card 120 begins in the middle of verse 16 of sarga 3; card 121 begins with verse 51 of sarga 3; on the page ends sarga 3; card 122 - supplemented by another hand – begins with the verse 20 of the sarga 4; card 123 begins with verse 55 of sarga 4; card 124 begins with verse 18; card 125 begins with verse 41 of sarga 5; card 126 begins with the end of sarga 5; card 127 begins with verse 31 of sarga 6; card 128 begins with verse 3 of sarga 7; card 129 begins with verse 36 of sarga 7; card 1?/130 – begins with verse 71 of sarga 7, on the first page there is the end of sarga 7, and begins sarga 8.
